We only collect information about you in order to process your order and to provide you with a high quality service. We will not e-mail you in the future, other than for order confirmation, unless you have given us your permission.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can see what information we hold about you at any time by simply emailing us and requesting disclosure. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Law and our own internal Security Policy.
Working or VAT Free Dog Foods
Working or VAT Free Complete Dog Foods are sold on condition that they are fed to Working dogs in accordance with H.M.R.C Reference 701/15 (March 2002) item 6.4.

Please allow 3 working days for delivery, please note we don't deliver on Saturdays or Sunday, if you have not recieved your order within 3 working please contact us on the third day on 01677427856 or 07803825495 to allow us to locate your order and deal with your request.
Unwanted Goods/ Returns Policy
If you change your mind or feel the items received are not as described, you can return them for a full refund of the price of the item(s). The cost of postage or delivery charge is not refundable. If you wish to return the goods you must advise us of your intention to do so within 3 working days, and return them to us in the original packaging within 14 days of your receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods and ensuring they are returned to us in the condition you received them. Please note we reserve the right to charge a 10% handling charge for cancelled orders. This amount, where charged, will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately if you request that goods are left without a signature then we cannot be held responsible for damages or shortages.
For packaging or goods that are received damaged or faulty you must contact us within 48 hours, without using or further unpacking the goods, and return them to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery within fourteen days. Please contact us if you would like us to arrange collection. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded according to your wishes, including the cost of return postage, when we have received the item. Failure to contact us within 48 hours may result in your claim being rejected.
Like many companies in the UK, we sometimes use "cookie" technology on our web site. These cookies are stored on your computer by your browser. When you log in, this type of cookie tells us whether you've visited us before or are a new visitor. The cookie doesn't obtain any personal information about you or provide us with any way to contact you, and the cookie doesn't extract any information from your computer.
